Abstract

The article presents the experimental study results on the physical properties of wood:density, shrinkage and moisture distribution. On the example of beech wood we show the full range of studies conducted: from the properties of the wood to the quality of its products. The research results were processed in the form of criterion dependence. The energy aspect of heat treatment and wood drying is described.
