Abstract

The article presents the optimum conditions for arabinogalactan extraction, describes a fundamentally new device based on a rotor-pulsation appliance for dispersion and extraction from fibrous materials, including arabinogalactan from larch wood. Experimental results illustrating advantages of using this equipment are presented.
