It is assumed that such reaction behavior is caused by oxidation-reduction transformations resulting in the nitric acid production in the reaction system acting as the accelerator of photometric reaction. The transformation scheme is suggested and the planned kinetic experiment is carried out having revealed the effect of nitric acid concentration and sodium nitrite consumption on the photometric reaction behavior.Authors
