Abstract

Effect of solvent nature on electrochemical properties of lignine model links has been studied by the means of cyclic voltamperometry in assorted water-ethanol mediums. Diffusion coefficients for guaiacol, vanillin, vanillin spirit, acetovanilon, veratrol and lilac-colored aldehyde in various solvents are computed. Using the Stokes-Einstein equation, radiuses of solvated particles and capsules thickness are evaluated.
