Abstract

Based on the compiled database of Pinus sibirica Du Tour, P. koraiensis S. et Z. and P. pumila (Pall.) Regel phytomass, the regression relationships between the phytomass (stems, needles, branches, roots and understory) and the forest age and inventory data were calculated. A geographical analysis of the calculated values of 100-year-old phytomass was carried out. Pinus sibirica and P. koraiensis phytomass decreases from south to north (zonal gradient) and from the Urals and the Pacific coast to the pole of continentality in central Siberia (provincial gradient).
