Abstract

It is proposed to use antifriction composite polymer with a metal filler as an antifriction material in sliding friction units of woodworking equipment. A thermal design with the proposed material has been presented. The dependence of the friction coefficient on the friction temperature under various operation modes of slider bearings with polymeric bushing is illustrated graphically.
