It is established that preliminary extraction of conifers bark by liquefied carbon dioxide has positive influence on the subsequent extraction of raw material by aqueous-alcoholic solutions. In this case the increase of alcohol concentration results in growth of phenylcarboxylic acids yield, whereas the increase of temperature – in ultimate yield of polyphenol compounds.
