Abstract

New oxygen-alkaline cooking is developed with low parameters values allowing to use apparatus similar to the one used for pulp oxygen delignification and simplify the production chart for producing pulp (combination of cooking, pulp oxygen delignification and sometimes bleaching). The economic efficiency of oxygen-alkaline cooking with low parameters value is recorded in comparison with traditional sulphate cooking allowing to compensate the cost of the used supercatalyst and its regeneration.
