Abstract

The importance of knowledge of fractional distribution of fibers by diameter for assessment of capillary-porous properties of filter paper for special purposes is shown. Information of fractional distribution of staple glass fibers of different types by diameter is obtained. The regularity of changes in geometrical dimensions of staple glass fibers which are used in paper-making production for special purposes is determined.
